SALE ITEMS are final and NOT eligible for exchange or refunds (UNLESS FAULTY).
We gladly offer an exchange/refund or store credit within 7 days on goods that are unused, unworn or faulty, and payment was either Cash, Paypal, (SQUARE)Mastercard, Visa or Amex.
ALL goods will be inspected on return. In the unlikely event that an item is returned in an unsuitable condition, we will have to return it to you.
Unfortunately, if your dog made a snack out of your boot, caught the toe of your boot on a step, or you rubbed off a crystal or stud, this is considered wear and tear. We can certainly take a look at the damage and give suggestions on how to repair the boots if possible, however AGAVE BLUE is not responsible for repairing the damaged boot caused by normal wear and tear.
No refunds will be given for change of mind.
Our boots are 100% artisan created and any variation in colour or finish is part of its unique beauty not a defect or faulty.

Most orders will ship out within one day of ordering however, some orders may take 24 to 72 hours to process. Please note: we do not ship on weekends or public holidays.
Yes! You will be sent an email confirmation once your order is placed and once your order ships, you will be sent an email with the tracking information.
Orders can be shipped internationally however shipping rate will vary depending on some factors. The rate and quote will be based on the weight and country it is shipped to.
